Refund Policy

Because our products are primarily digital, we keep refunds fair and clear.

  • All sales are final for digital products once access is granted or a download is delivered.

  • If you have a technical issue accessing your purchase, contact hello@inwardmethod.co and we will help.

For 1:1 sessions:

  • Cancellations made 48 hours in advance can be rescheduled.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full.
