I created The Inward Method after finding practices that made a measurable difference to my clarity, steadiness, and day to day life. I wanted something I could return to, not only when life was calm, but when it was busy, messy, and demanding.
You do not need to overhaul your life. You just need a way back to yourself, consistently enough for it to compound. Five minutes counts. Ten minutes counts. The goal is not intensity. It is returning.
